North Carolina high school students named Jihad and Dorothy charged with felonies for bomb threats
Dorothy isn't in Kansas anymore. "Butler students charged with making bomb threats," by Cleve R. Wootson Jr. for the Charlotte Observer, March 14:

Matthews police have arrested two Butler High School students in connection with bomb threats made against the school.
Jihad Donovan Glover, 18, and Dorothy Nicole Moore, 17 each was charged with three felony counts of making a false bomb report. Their bond information was not immediately available.

Matthews police say the bomb threats were called in from payphones on three separate occasions between Feb. 24 and March 7....
